This is the part I hate. I hate posting the rules, but it has to be done. Without rules, this place would become total anarchy. Everyone knows that anarchy is not fun. Follow these simple rules and things will go smoothly. Plus, if you don't follow the rules, I'll have to kill you. Painfully. 
Section One: General Rules
I: Inappropriate posts are not tolerated. This means no porn, guys! Sorry.
II: Hacking is obviously forbidden and carries severe punishment. Anyone that hacks, or is even suspected of hacking, will be banned immediately. No questions asked.
III: Advertising is not allowed. You may advertise only in your signature and designated areas. Any advertisement threads will be deleted immediately and you will receive a warning.
Section Two: Flaming/Harassment
I: Flaming will not be tolerated. Intentional flaming will result in a warning.
II: Impersonating a member is prohibited. Anyone impersonating another member will be warned immediately. Anyone impersonating a staff member will be banned on the spot.
III: Any threats will be taken seriously and will result in an immediate warning or ban, depending on the severity of the threat.
IV: Releasing private information belonging to another member without their consent is absolutely prohibited and will result in an immediate ban.
Section Three: Spamming/Trolling
I: Spam is not allowed. Intentional spam will result in a warning.
II: Trolling is permitted to a certain extent. If it is funny and somewhat on-topic, without being too harmful or disrespectful, it is permitted. Excessive trolling or wrecking/hijacking a topic will result in a warning.
III: Please post your topics in the correct sections! For example, a topic about something that happened to you at school belongs in the 'The Basement' board. It does not belong in 'Your Tabs'. If you're unsure of where a topic belongs, please include a note at the bottom of the post indicating that you're unsure if the topic is located in the right section. A staff member will then move the topic as needed.
IV: Posting something saying "I have reported this thread", is spam.
V: Posting something saying "This is spam", is spam.
VI: Duplicate threads should be reported. Duplicate threads will be locked or merged.
VII: Attention seeking threads are spam and will be locked and/or deleted.
VIII: Begging/Whining/Excessive Complaining is annoying and won't be put up with.
IX: Posting a reply in your own thread to "bump" it to the top of the page is considered spam and will result in a warning.
X: "Necrobumping" is also prohibited. Necrobumping is replying to a thread in which the last reply is over 3 months old. Any necrobumped threads will result in the locking of the thread. Necrobumping may also result in a warning if deemed necessary by a staff member.
Section Four: Repeat Offenders
I: Repeat rule offenders will have their posting privileges temporarily revoked and/or receive a temporary ban.
II: Those who continue to break the rules after their first suspension/ban will be banned permanently.
Section Five-A: The Warning System
I: Each member has a maximum of ten warning points. Ten warning points is equal to a 100% warning.
II: A member may be warned upon the breaking of a rule(s) at the staff member's discretion.
III: You may not argue with a staff member upon receiving a warn. If you believe that you were unjustly warned, contact another administrator or another super moderator stating your case in a calm, respectful manner. Your warn will then be reviewed, and if truly unjust, it will be revoked.
IV: If your warning level reaches 50% (+5 points), your posts are moderated by the staff for 1 hour.
V: If your warning level reaches 60% (+6 points), your posts are moderated by the staff for 6 hours.
VI: If your warning level reaches 80% (+8 points), your posting privileges will be revoked for 1 day.
VII: If your warning level reaches 100% (+10 points), you will receive a temporary ban (2 days).
VIII: All users are permitted 3 temporary bans. If you exceed 3 temporary bans, you will be permanently banned.

I: Whining/Complaining will result in a 10% warn.
II: Minor flaming will result in a 20% warn.
III: Minor spamming will result in a 20% warn.
IV: Inappropriate post content will result in a 40% warn.
V: Excessive Spamming/Trolling/Wrecking A Topic will result in a 40% warn.
VI: Excessive Flaming/Harassment/Racism/Sexism will result in a 40% warn.
VII: Most threats will result in a 50% warn. This value may vary based on severity of the threat(s).
VIII: Attempted Hacking/Linking To Viruses will result in a 60% warn. This value may also vary based on the severity.
IX: Being a total douche bag and/or pain in the ass will result in a 100% warn and a 2-day temporary ban.
X: Moderators, Super Moderators, and Administrators may also choose to quick-ban any member that violates the rules. A quick-ban is usually a temporary 1 - 2 day ban that occurs without a warning beforehand.
